How the funding works

Some links to casinos on this site are affiliate links. If you follow one and open an account, the operator may pay us a fee. You pay nothing extra, and the welcome offer you receive is identical to the one you would get by typing the address in yourself.

That fee is what pays for the research, the writing and the hosting. We would rather say so on a dedicated page than bury it in a footer line.

What it does not buy

Position in our top three is editorial. An operator cannot pay to be ranked first, and no commercial arrangement obliges us to describe a product more kindly than it deserves.

In practice that means we will call a 40x wagering requirement steep even where a partner carries it, note a £20 qualifying deposit where competitors ask £10, and say plainly that withdrawals at one operator take longer than at another. If a partner were to drop below the standards below, the listing would go — and the page would say why.

How we rank operators

The three casinos we list are assessed on:
